Scared of the Visualizer? Grow up man. A local replica makes this function run like a dream. However be patient on the first build - it takes forever.

Think you can get away with working off the server copy? Are you insane? GMSI runs slower than a fat man in treacle. Wise up and replicate. It's the future. Cowabunga

Think you've deleted a local replica by deleting the icon? Think again fool. You need to delete it from the c:notes/data directory.

Think you are going to do the first replication of a new relica during work hours?
Not a chance dude. This sort of action mat restrict your mail server access for 1 or 2 hours. Do it outside of work hours for a +1 bonus to your Productivity and Availability stats. Radical!
